Braised Bean Noodles

Braised Bean Noodles

Overview

I had half a carrot and some black fungus left from my lunch meal. I opened the refrigerator and saw noodles, so I decided to make braised noodles. It’s simple and quick😊

  4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the beans, fungus, carrots and tomatoes one after another and stir-fry for a while. Add an appropriate amount of salt (the amount of salt used for seasoning is the same as when cooking), and stir-fry until it changes color

  5. Add a flat surface of water and bring to a boil

  6. Spread the noodles flat on top, and place the chicken on top to prevent it from sticking to the pot when the water in the pot dries up. (You can also add a small amount of light soy sauce to the noodles for seasoning. I added a little too much salt before😁)
