【Handmade red bean steamed buns】
Overview
Recently, I have been kneading dough with my hands for a long time. My husband said that I was full and had tools to use. In fact, how did he know the fun in it! I really enjoy how the dough in my hands changes from rough to delicate and smooth; I also enjoy the aroma of wheat flour that comes out during the kneading process! Perhaps, when some things reach a certain level, they will form a kind of rumination or regression; I like to compare this behavior to rumination, taking out things that have not been digested before, analyzing and absorbing them again. When it comes to kneading the dough, I kneaded the dough with my hands from the earliest days. Later, in order to free my hands, I used a bread machine to help. Finally, in order to knead out a beautiful glove film, I bought a kitchen machine specifically for kneading the dough! But until the end of kneading, I still stubbornly believe that hand-kneaded dough is more delicious! Haha~~Does everyone have this kind of fanaticism and persistence?
