Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, pour in 60 grams of water and stir.
-
The mixed powder has large particles, crush them with a spoon.
-
Sift the mixed powder and press the particles with a spoon to sift.
-
I have sifted it three times. Do not press the powder that has been passed through.
-
Grease the mold with a layer of cooking oil, use a spoon to scoop rice flour into the mold, fill it up to one-third of the mold, add red bean filling, and then spread a layer of rice flour.
-
Use the back of a spoon to gently flatten the rice flour, being sure not to press it hard.
-
Place in the middle and lower rack of the oven, steam mode, 110 degrees, 25 minutes. (The Haiernen oven I use is T3. If you use a steamer, steam it for 25 minutes.)
-
Steamed!
-
Let dry for a while and turn upside down on a plate.
-
Finished product
-
Decorate with a few cranberries.

Happy Chinese Valentine's Day to everyone!
