Prepare the required materials in advance. (Shiitake mushrooms need to be soaked in warm water in advance) (Chicken fillets are marinated in cooking wine and cornstarch for a while)

Heat the oil in the pan, add the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Dish out and set aside.

Pour in corn oil, add chicken fillets and fry until cooked.

Add the mushrooms and chicken fillets and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, add a drop of light soy sauce and serve.
