  1. Wash chicken wing roots

  2. Boil a pan under cold water and stir-fry, then rinse with clean water

  4. Put the chicken in a basin, add two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of pepper

  5. Mix well and marinate for ten minutes

  6. Chop onion, ginger and garlic, and cut dry red pepper into small pieces

  7. Chili peppers cut into diagonal slices

  8. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add peanuts, and fry until cooked
