Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare main and auxiliary ingredients
-
First, boil water in a casserole to pass through the noodles. There is too much flour in the noodles. It is best to pass the water over when cooking in a casserole, otherwise the soup will be very sticky and easy to stick to the pot
-
After the water boils, add handmade noodles and cook until half cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste. When adding noodles to the casserole, be careful to stir to prevent them from sticking
-
Take out the half-cooked noodles and soak them in water
-
Add water and bring to boil
-
Before the water boils, add the concentrated stock and stir evenly. If you have stock, you can use the stock directly as the soup base
-
After the stock boils, add the meatballs and mushrooms
-
The meatballs should be cooked until they become large
-
After the meatballs are cooked, add noodles and enoki mushrooms
-
Finally add appropriate amount of green vegetables
-
After all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat and test the taste of the soup. Add some seasoning as appropriate. The soup base I use is bone-flavored. Finally, I add some concentrated chicken juice and sesame oil to enhance the flavor
