Tomato Tenderloin
Overview
I suddenly had a guest at home and I didn’t have much vegetables and meat, so I made a tomato tenderloin. The guest liked it very much

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork tenderloin and cut it into thick strips. Add salt to marinate and mix. Then add starch and an appropriate amount of water to mix well and slurry (haha, I was a little anxious today and it felt good without adding water)
-
Sit in the pan, light the fire, pour in the oil and cook until seven-cooked. Add in the tenderloin strips and deep-fry until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Remove and drizzle with oil
-
Leave the oil in the pot and heat it up. Add the tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add white sugar, rice vinegar, a little water and water starch to thicken the gravy
-
Then add the tenderloin strips and hang them evenly (you can pour in hot oil or not) and serve on a plate
