Overview
Dumplings are a staple food that must be eaten during the Chinese New Year in the north, and they are eaten from the 30th day of the new year to the fifth day of the first lunar month, which is called Po Wu. Eating too many dumplings is annoying, so it’s good to fry leftover dumplings and change the way you eat them occasionally.
