Steam the pumpkin, purple sweet potato, and carrot separately, chop the spinach in boiling water, add flour, eggs, white sugar, milk and yeast, and knead it into a dough. Knead the dough until it is smooth and place it in a different container for fermentation.

When the dough has doubled in size, you can make the dough.

Roll each of the four colors of dough into thin strips.

Use four strips for each hydrangea, one for each color, as shown in the picture.

Press every other one against the adjacent one.

In the opposite direction, press the adjacent one

Repeat twice more.

Tidy up the bottom.

Get the shape right again.

Grease the bottom with oil and put it in a steamer to rise for 20 minutes, then turn on the heat and steam for 25 minutes.
