Add butter to sugar and heat over water.

There is no need to wait for the butter to melt. Once softened, you can mix it with the sugar evenly.

Add the egg liquid in two or three batches and mix evenly. It is also possible to add the egg liquid at one time, but it will not mix at first. After mixing well, it will be a slightly thick liquid.

Add milk and mix well. It doesn't matter if the mixing is uneven and the oil and liquid separate. They will merge after steaming.

Add the starch powder and stir evenly. You don’t need to stir it, it’s very thin.

After stirring evenly, steam it in the pot.

Steam for about 25 minutes and it will be cooked. Open the pot every ten minutes and stir once.
