Sautéed Shredded Pork with Lettuce
Overview
In order to distinguish it from stir-fried shredded pork with lettuce, I call my favorite dish stir-fried shredded pork with lettuce. There is no miso, just a little soy sauce. In fact, if the lettuce is slightly oiled or blanched and served cold, it can better highlight the fragrant and crisp texture of the lettuce. But we all cook to feed the family we love. Making dishes that best suit the taste of our family is the purpose of our cooking.

Steps
-
Shred the lettuce and shred the pork. Marinate the shredded pork with cooking wine and onion and ginger.
-
Blanch the lettuce shreds in hot water.
-
The blanched lettuce shreds are more green in color.
-
Heat the pan and pour in oil. When the oil is 80% hot, pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry quickly.
-
After the water in the shredded pork is fried, add soy sauce and a little water and continue to stir-fry.
-
The soup gradually thickens. At this time, add the blanched lettuce shreds, stir-fry twice, add an appropriate amount of salt and serve. Because the lettuce shreds are already blanched, no need to fry them.
-
The lettuce in this dish has the taste of sauce, but because the lettuce is blanched in advance and is not fried in the sauce used to stir-fry the meat, the freshness of the lettuce is still retained. Because my mother doesn’t eat meat without soy sauce, I did this.
