Minced meat vermicelli with baby vegetables
Overview
We often order baby cabbage in restaurants, usually in a dry pot. Taking into account the child's taste and slight anemia, the doctor advised him to eat more vegetables and lean meat. So I chose to make this steamed baby cabbage with minced meat, which is nutritious and healthy.
