Fried rice with corn and minced meat
Overview
Every time the leftover rice was used for stir-frying, it was all eaten up, but I made a suggestion that it was too vegetarian and wanted to add meat, so today I made fried rice with corn and minced meat.

Ingredients on time: 1 bowl of rice, minced meat, diced carrots, corn kernels, diced chives;

Put a little oil in the pot, then add carrots and corn kernels;

Cover and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add lean meat; PS: It tastes best when the meat is hot and stir-fried

Cook for 4 minutes, add rice and soy sauce;

When the remaining 2 minutes of cooking are over, add chives and salt; PS: If you want it light, you don’t need to add salt. I didn’t put any salt

When the cooking is over, open the lid and the aroma will come out.
