Red dates and local chicken soup
Overview
My dear aunt specially asked someone to catch 2 native chickens from the countryside and send them to my house. I still need to drink the soup during the confinement period, but it is better to be lighter, so I asked my mother to remove the thick fat and chicken skin on the neck when making it, so that there is much less oil. Today's red date and longan chicken soup is suitable for consumption during the confinement period!
