Old vinegar peanuts
Overview
The most traditional and popular side dish with vegetables. Rich in high-quality plant protein, vitamins, etc., it is rich in nutrients, strengthens the spleen and appetite, and increases appetite. My method is to use maple syrup as a sweetener, which is more nutritious than sugar or honey. Of course, honey can be used without maple syrup. The key is that the sauce needs to be a little sticky and can hang on the peanuts, so that the flavor is good and full enough.
