Disassemble and wash the vegetables, break them into two sections and sort them separately.

Peel, wash, smash and dice the garlic.

Put oil in the pot and turn on high heat. After the oil is hot, pour in the harder part of the green vegetables (is it the stem?) and stir-fry.

When the vegetables in step 3 are cooked for 7 minutes, add another part of the vegetables, then add salt according to personal taste, and continue to stir-fry.

Before serving, add diced garlic and stir-fry until you smell the garlic. Turn off the heat. Plate and serve.
