Overview
Since my daughter went to Chengdu to study, our whole family has fallen in love with red oil! Red oil can be used for cooking, making the dishes red and oily and full of fragrance. It can also be used for mixing noodles to make the noodles look more tempting. Yesterday, I learned how to make red oil at home for the first time!
