Ingredients: Pork liver (sliced and soaked in water), winter melon (peeled, seeded, washed and sliced), coriander (washed), thick soup

Remove the blood and water from the soaked pork liver as much as possible, and drain out some of the water.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of starch.

Mix well.

Pour the mixed pork liver into boiling water and blanch it, take it out and set aside.
