  1. Fresh crucian carp

  2. Wash the filleted crucian carp, cut it with a knife at a 45-degree angle, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes

  3. Wash the marinated fish, mince the peppers, shred the ginger, mince the green onions and mince the garlic

  4. Heat the cold oil in a pan and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant
