Seaweed rice rolls

A friend wants to learn how to make seaweed rice rolls😄. In fact, this is really simple, but it is also easy to make anytime you want, and easy to take with you when you go out.

Preparation materials: bamboo mats for sushi, seaweed sheets, rice, sushi vinegar, cucumbers, ham sausages, eggs. You can also choose other items such as carrots, meat floss, or chicken strips as you like!

Pour the sushi vinegar into the rice and mix well. You can buy sushi vinegar. I use a mixture of white vinegar: sugar: salt at 6:3:1.

You can roll the rice rolls. Open the bamboo curtain and place it on a plastic bag. You can do it on a clean chopping board without the plastic bag. Then put the seaweed slices on the bamboo curtain.

Place a bowl of cold boiled water next to it, scoop a little rice on the front of the seaweed, dip your fingers in some cold water and press the rice flat, add little by little until two-thirds of the seaweed sheet is covered.

Put your favorite vegetables or meat strips on the front. Today I only prepared egg strips, cucumber strips and ham sausage strips.
