Asparagus is in season in large quantities! Asparagus is known as the number one vegetable. It is rich in nutrients and has great anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects.   1. Wash the asparagus and cut off the older parts of the roots; peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices;
