Cut the potatoes into cubes, slice the pork belly, cut the mushrooms in half, shred the red pepper, smash the garlic and cut the squid into strips.

Pour oil into a hot pan, add pork belly and fry until the oil is released.

Add red pepper, squid and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add potatoes and continue to stir-fry.

Add a bowl of water, add garlic cloves and dark soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the juice over low heat.

After collecting the juice, add seasoning and serve.
