Sauce-flavored winter bamboo shoots and ham cubes
Overview
Regardless of spring, summer, autumn or winter, the most indispensable dish at home is side dishes with rice porridge. In different seasons, I mix and match different seasonal vegetables. What I love most this season is radish or winter bamboo shoots, both of which are my favorite ingredients. As for winter bamboo shoots, they are the most delicious and refreshing ingredient in this season. It can be used for stewing soup, stir-frying, cold dressing, and can also be mixed with quick stir-fry like I do. It’s very refreshing and appetizing. Friends can also give it a try if they like it.
