Pork floss and sunflower bread
Overview
I have made many flower breads, and this one is my favorite. The big bread is soft and sweet. This is a shape I learned in a baking book. The bread is a crispy bread. After several experiments, I still prefer softer bread, so I adjusted the recipe. At the same time, I used meat floss as the stuffing. The nutrition is of course better. At the same time, the mellow aroma of meat floss is combined with the bread. Take a bite and have a long aftertaste

Put all the ingredients in the main ingredients into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then solid.

Start the bread machine and let it rise in 90 minutes.

Take out the dough, knead it well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide into four dough balls, reunite and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll each dough into a large round cake about 4mm thick.

Take a round cake and cover it with meat floss.

Cover it with a round pancake and cover it with meat floss, that is, 4 pancakes and 3 layers of meat floss.

Move the prepared cake dough to a baking sheet lined with oil paper, carefully cut it into 8 equal parts with a knife, leaving the center of the circle uncut.

Cut another knife in the middle of each portion and divide it into 16 equal portions.

After each two pieces are rotated 360 degrees relative to each other, pinch the heads together with your hands.

Do it one by one, like a beautiful sunflower.

After the second dough has doubled in size, apply egg yolk liquid and sprinkle sesame seeds in the middle.

Place in the preheated oven, middle layer, upper and lower heat, 165 degrees, 205 minutes. (I baked the other 2 loaves at the same time)
