Fried eggplant with green pepper

Prepare raw materials;

Cut the eggplant into thin strips, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate;

Squeeze out the water from the marinated eggplants, put them into the pot and stir-fry. Note that there is no need to put oil in the pot;

Stir-fry the eggplant until soft and almost dry, then transfer it to a plate and set aside;
