Minced pork and mustard
Overview
Stir-fried potherb with minced meat is a delicious home-cooked stir-fry. The main ingredients are pork belly and pickled porridge. It is a perfect little pickle to go with porridge.

Soak the pickled mustard in water to remove the saltiness according to the degree of saltiness.

Peel off the skin of onions, ginger and garlic, clean them, and cut them into chopped green onions, ginger slices and garlic slices respectively

Rinse two pieces of pork belly with warm water and cut into smaller pieces

Squeeze out the water from the soaked mustard seeds and cut into finely chopped mustard seeds for later use

Add a little more peanut oil to the hot pot than usual for cooking, and stir-fry the diced pork belly until it becomes fragrant and oily

Sauté chopped green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Pour in the chopped mustard seeds and stir-fry evenly

And fry the water to make the mustard seeds fully absorb the oil, stir-fry until the mustard seeds are broken and then turn off the heat
