Fried chicken with fungus

Our family often eats this dish. The fungus is dry and easy to store. A small handful is enough for a meal.

Soak dried fungus and shiitake mushrooms in warm water first.

Wash the celery and cut it into sections, blanch the fungus and pick it up, and cut the chicken into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the celery first.

After the celery is chopped, add the fungus and stir-fry for two minutes, then scoop it up and set aside.

In another pot, add oil and fry chicken.

Fry until cooked and season with soy sauce.

Pour in the garnishes and stir-fry together.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
