French Braised Potatoes
Overview
In French dishes, most people like to add a lot of white wine as cooking wine and water. Although it tastes good, it feels so luxurious. This is also a dish decorated with objects. I have made a few of them before. It is very interesting. The special noodles with diced potatoes are not very rich in taste, but they are also fresh and delicious.
