Delicious Pork Floss
Overview
Meat floss has so many functions! Eat porridge, rolls, and is a good ingredient for baking. Today’s pork floss is made from pure lean meat. After removing the white fascia, cut it into small pieces, cook it in a pot, take it out and let it cool, then flatten the meat pieces with a rolling pin and put it into the bread machine. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can still fry puffed pork floss by hand, but you just have to stir fry it yourself, which increases the workload.
