Braised duck feet
Overview
My family usually likes to eat duck feet and chicken feet. If I buy something from outside, I am worried that it will be dirty and spoil my stomach. So I can make it by myself, which is clean and hygienic and can be eaten with peace of mind.

Wash the duck feet and boil them in water, take them out and rinse them with water for two hours.

Put the star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, ginger slices, and chili peppers into a pot, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, boil in water, season with salt, and cook over low heat to remove the flavor. Make a brine and let cool for later use.

Put the rinsed duck feet into a container, pour in cool brine and soak the duck feet, then refrigerate them overnight to allow them to taste.
