Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, and cut the carrots into cubes. Add a small bowl of water and cook them. I used potatoes the size of two eggs and carrots one inch long.

Once the carrots and potatoes are cooked add olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Puree carrots and potatoes with a hand blender.

Cut bacon into small pieces.

Fry in a frying pan until crispy. Put the mashed potatoes into a bowl, add bacon, grind a little black pepper, and let's eat.
