Ganzi roasted pork
Overview
Two days ago, my mother cooked braised pork and left a small bowl for me. Last night when my sister came back, I used half of the braised pork to stir-fry cauliflower. Today at noon, I dried the rest and added a little more garlic and chili. The taste was different.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the stem twice diagonally and then cut it diagonally once in the middle.
-
Chili, garlic and ginger are all cut and set aside.
-
Pour the braised pork from the previous two days into the pot.
-
Add ginger and garlic.
-
Add dried seeds.
-
Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce (I found out that there is no dark soy sauce, so add some dark soy sauce for color)
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of water (I use medium-low heat to cook the dried seeds to absorb the flavor)
-
Pour in the chili peppers (don’t let all the soup dry up)
-
The peppers are ready.
-
Remove from pot and plate.
-
It tastes better when soaked in soup, with a spicy aftertaste.
-
I ate up every few dishes I made for each meal.
