Grilled tofu
Overview
The person in our family especially likes to eat soy products. He loves to eat anything made from beans, and his favorite is tofu. Almost every time he goes out to buy food, he will definitely have a piece of tofu when he comes back. Every time he goes out to eat barbecue, he must order tofu. He doesn’t know how to cook tofu. It doesn't matter, because he likes it, but I don't like tofu very much, so I don't like tofu in soups or anything else. The only thing I like is baked tofu, so I followed someone else's instructions and made this oven version of baked tofu, which satisfies my appetite and doesn't have to worry about being unhealthy. @aca North American Electrical Appliances, don’t you think so?

It tastes great, just like the ones in barbecue restaurants. It’s just that my skill in cutting tofu is too poor. The tofu is large and small, but not all thick.
