First wash the clams with clean water and set aside (wash them several times)

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Wash the Chinese cabbage

Put water in the pot and put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic in it (I use boiling water to save time)

Chop the Chinese cabbage and set aside

Open the water, add the clams and stir, then close the lid

After the pot has been boiled twice (open the mouth of the clam, add the cabbage), add an appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce

Then turn off the heat, add some MSG, light sesame oil and serve.
