An alternative way to eat potato chips--tomato and green pepper potato chips

I bought too many tomatoes a while ago, and I don’t know how to use them up. I just wanted to make green pepper and potato slices this morning. I had a sudden idea, why don’t I fry them together? The braised green beans and tomatoes were delicious a while ago. The result really lived up to my expectations. The green pepper and potato slices have a sour aftertaste, but they are definitely not the same as the ones with vinegar. The photos taken with the phone with the heat are not good, and the finished product is really beautiful

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes

Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut the green onions into small slices

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and green onion and saute until fragrant
