Furong Tofu
Overview
I remember eating in the cafeteria before and there was a dish called sliced hibiscus meat. It is fried with lean meat and eggs, and my colleagues like it very much. I also gave this dish a nice name, Furong Tofu. Some say the combination of eggs and tofu is good, while others say it is not. It seems that the protein content affects absorption. What I adopt is the moderation, not excessive, which is acceptable. In fact, this dish is tender and delicious, and it tastes really good.
