Cut the tofu into cubes and place in the fryer.

Brush the surface with a layer of cooking oil and bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, turning over halfway through.

Chop garlic and millet pepper.

Heat the oil and pour in the minced garlic and millet pepper.

Then add other condiments according to personal taste.

Then add the chopped green onion and coriander segments and stir evenly.

Put the grilled tofu cubes into the plate.
