Cut the meat into 2 cm wide pieces.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

Prepare green onions and garlic cloves.

Stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil.

Add the green onions, garlic cloves and rock sugar and stir-fry until coloured.

Add potato cubes and stir-fry until coloured.

Transfer the ingredients to the casserole and add an appropriate amount of water to cover the ingredients.

Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove the spices, turn off the heat and serve.
