Ingredients: 100g low-gluten flour, 65g butter, 15g white sugar, 30g powdered sugar, 25g egg liquid, 20g cocoa powder

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature, then add powdered sugar and white sugar, stir evenly

Use a whisk to beat the butter until the butter becomes larger in volume and the color of the surface begins to become slightly lighter

Add the egg liquid into the butter in 2 batches. Add half of it for the first time, and then stir evenly with a whisk. When the butter and egg mixture are completely combined, add the remaining half and continue stirring until the butter and the egg mixture added for the second time are completely combined again

Add cake flour to butter

Add cocoa powder to butter

Use a spatula to mix the butter and flour evenly to form a smooth dough

Divide the dough into even small rounds

Take out the cookie cutter you prepared in advance

Place the small balls on the baking sheet and press them with the mold

It’s ready to go in the oven! The temperature is 180℃, place it on the middle layer, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 8 minutes
