Breakfast: Braised eggs with white porridge, delicious and simple! So I stew a pot every now and then!

After the eggs are washed and cooked, peel them and set aside.

Prepare marinade packets, rock sugar, light soy sauce, and salt. I also added some star anise and bay leaves, but you can leave them out.

Prick the shelled eggs with a toothpick (for easier flavoring), add seasonings, cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat, soak for about half an hour, then turn on the heat and cook for 20 minutes. I usually braise it at night, let it cool down and then put it in the refrigerator to soak overnight. It is very delicious when I eat it for breakfast the next day.
