Prepare leftover rice

Japanese tofu cut into sections

Blanch mushrooms and broccoli, cut carrots, bell peppers, ham sausage into shapes

Fried eggs

Stir-fry the vegetables first, and break up the Japanese tofu with a spatula

Add rice without salt and other seasonings and stir-fry

Before serving, add teriyaki sauce (or an appropriate amount of soy sauce that won’t color it)
