Kelp, bean sprouts and potato powder
Overview
Spicy and not greasy, just add your favorite ingredients to the potato flour and simply cook it. A quick serving of spicy potato flour is ready.

Soaked kelp shreds, soybean sprouts, and enoki mushrooms.

Soak potato flour in warm water.

Heat a little oil in the pan and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. (When I opened the Malatang ingredients, there were dried red chili peppers and peppercorns, so you can omit them here)

Appropriate amount of boiling water.
