Shredded Pork and Red Amaranth Soup

Prepare the ingredients: pick and wash the red amaranth.

Cut the lean meat into shreds, cut into some shredded ginger, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger, minced garlic and stir-fry shredded pork until it changes colour.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

Add the red amaranth and cook, about three minutes.

Add some salt and you're done.
