Quick stir-fry - stir-fried shredded chicken with coriander and carrots

This dish has a nice color and is quick to make. The key to making this dish is white pepper. Coriander only needs coriander stems.

Shred chicken breast and set aside.

Shred the carrots, wash and cut the coriander stems into sections. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Add starch to the shredded chicken. Pour the oil into the hot pan and remove.
