Mix 100 grams of wheat germ oatmeal, 200 grams of plain flour, 3 grams of yeast, and about 200 ml of cold boiled water into a batter and ferment for about 1 hour.

Soak a piece of disposable PP steamer cloth with water and some oil, put it in a white steel sink and put the risen noodles inside.

The dried red grapes I have are soft and do not need to be soaked. They can be placed as desired. Second fermentation takes 30 minutes. Bring the water to a boil and then steam for 30 to 40 minutes (the time will depend on the amount of cake). Turn off the heat and open the lid after a while.
