Kneading the dough

Wash the leeks and cut them into pieces for dumpling filling

Some pork, sliced

Put the leeks and pork together and cut them alternately horizontally and vertically.

Chop the garlic, green onions and ginger and add them to the leeks and meat

Mix dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder and put them evenly into the leek meat filling.
