Avocado hand roll
Overview
The last time I had a drink at a Japanese restaurant, I had their signature avocado hand roll. I finished it in three or two bites. It was delicious and unforgettable! I tried making it at home, and the foodies at home unanimously praised the copy for not losing its shape, and it tastes just like this! Haha
