Fried pork liver with onions
Overview
Pork liver is rich in iron and vitamin A, which is very beneficial to people with anemia and people who often work in front of the computer and whose eyes are prone to dryness and fatigue.

Choose fresh, good-quality pork liver and rinse it with clean water.

Cut into slices, wash off the blood foam, and soak in water for 1 hour. Change the water several times in the middle to soak out the blood.

Slice onions and green peppers.

Drain the soaked pork liver, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, shredded ginger and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put a little more oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add the pork liver, stir-fry over high heat until it changes color, and serve.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add green peppers and onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the fried pork liver, stir-fry for a while with onions and green peppers, add cooking wine and salt to taste.
