pieces of Japanese tofu, cut into appropriate lengths and placed on a plate.

After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of water, oyster sauce, white pepper and dark soy sauce, stir well, then add an appropriate amount of chicken essence and white sugar, stir in cornstarch water to thicken it, when the concentration is suitable, add an appropriate amount of finely ground sesame oil, stir evenly.
