Cut a small section off the top of the papaya and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Mix the milk, sugar and isinglass powder, and stir evenly with warm water until the isinglass powder, sugar and milk are all combined. (You can also pour the mixture directly into the milk pot and stir over low heat. Be careful not to let the milk boil.)

Pour the stirred milk into the hollow papaya while it's hot.

Cover the top of the papaya you just cut and secure it with toothpicks. Place it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours and you're done.

Cut it and eat.
